We are conscious about the carbon emissions created by purchasing, return & exchanging and therefore we unfortunately do not accept returns or issue refunds. Our goal with offering online shopping is to make sustainable products cross country available. However, if you do have an issue with your purchase, please reach out and we will treat these requests on a case-by-case basis.
