A refillery is a store where you can refill your own containers with everyday essentials like soap, shampoo, and cleaning products. helping reduce single-use packaging waste.

How does the refill process work?
Bring your clean, empty containers from home (or purchase one in-store).
We weigh your container + tare the weight.
Fill up with the product of your choice.
We weigh it again and charge you based on the weight of the product.

What if I forget my containers?
No problem! We have a selection of glass and aluminum containers available for purchase. We often have some community donated bottles or jars if you forgot yours, just ask us in the shop!
Can I bring any kind of container?
Yes! Any clean, dry container will do. Just make sure it's suitable for the product you're refilling.
Products & Ingredients
Are your refill products eco-friendly?
Yes. We only carry products that are biodegradable, non-toxic, and sustainably made. The majority are sourced from Canadian and/or local BC companies.
Do you offer natural skincare?
We do! Our in-house line features small-batch products made with nourishing, plant-based ingredients. Safe for sensitive skin and the planet. All available for refill in the shop.
Can I see the ingredient lists before refilling?
Absolutely. Our products will typically always have the full ingredients listed on our larger refill jugs. If not, our team is happy to answer any questions or make personalized recommendations.
