Order Processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders will be processed as soon as possible.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Canada

Orders from $0 to $124.99 CAD: Flat-rate shipping of $15 CAD.
Orders of $125 CAD or more: FREE standard shipping.

United States

Orders under $350 CAD: Flat-rate shipping of $30 CAD.
Orders of $350 CAD or more: FREE standard shipping.

Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are based on the order subtotal before applicable taxes and shipping fees.

U.S. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by U.S. customs authorities or shipping carriers.

Please note that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates unless explicitly stated at checkout.

These charges may be collected by the carrier before or upon delivery. The Den does not control these fees and cannot guarantee whether additional charges will apply or how much they may be.

Customs processing may also result in additional delivery delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note that tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Shipping availability and applicable rates are displayed at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit, we're unable to modify it.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where applicable.
