Kinnect is a Canadian handcrafted skincare and body care brand, thoughtfully created in small batches on the West Coast in Ucluelet, British Columbia. Our name represents a sanctuary for reconnection, with our mind, body, and the land. Kinnect products are designed to nourish your skin and to inspire change and gratitude that we (human, animals and plants) are all bound on this planet in reciprocity.

Every product is carefully handcrafted using high-quality plant-powered ingredients that are free from parabens, synthetic fragrances, artificial preservatives, and harmful additives. By keeping our ingredient lists simple and purposeful, we make products that are gentle, effective, and deeply rooted in nature.

Small Batch, Made in Canada

All Kinnect products are made by hand in British Columbia, Canada. We believe that small-scale production ensures that all products meet the absolute highest standards of sustainability and quality. It also ensures everything is fresh, and made as close to the order date, allowing you to enjoy your products longer!

Our warehouse is located on the unceded traditional territory of the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ and the local manufacturer we work with is located on the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səlilwətaɬ Nations. We are forever grateful for the opportunity to live, learn, and create on this land.

Our Story

Originally launched as The Den Refillery’s in-house brand in 2022, Kinnect has taken on many shapes, but ultimately never faltered from The Den’s true goal of all-natural skincare free from parabens, preservatives, plastic, and artificial ingredients. 

2022

Before officially launching, Kristen and Diane spent many months mindfully creating their new in-house line. With their combined dedication to all-natural, ethical, and quality body care, the Den Line was born.

Committing to the circularity of The Den Refillery, our skin and body care has been available for refill since day one.

2023

February: Six months after their initial release, The Den launched a fresh set of products (now  best selling and top favourites among the staff). This included: Balance and Repair Face Oil, Deep Repair Antioxidant Face Oil, Hemp Infused Body Oil, Vitamin C Repairing Body Oil (now known as the Everyday Oil), and Leave-In Conditioner!

July: And another new addition to The Den's In-house line—A two-in-one hand and body wash available in two cleansing and refreshing scents: Cedarwood, Sweet Orange, and Bergamot, and Eucalyptus and Palmarosa.

September: Now a yearly tradition, the Den Line favourites made their way to Tofino to nourish the Queen of the Peak competitors with a pop-up facials tent. 

2024

February: Candles candles candles! After a year of unveiling our iconic in-house line, the Marmoris, Apricity, and Serein candles (and essential oil blends) took centre stage to round out the coziness of winter.

March: The second Den Refillery location opens its doors at The Outside Break in Tofino! 

2025

With a few new products, and all of the original staples, Kinnect launches to the world! In an effort to root simplicity and appreciation for natural hues within our brand, Kinnect relaunched with a new name and new packaging on July 4th, 2025.
