We are honoured to be able to work and play in both the unceded traditional territories (Ha-hoothlees) of the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ and the Tla-o-qui-hat first nations.

Our vision is a world inspired by the love and commitment to protect nature. The Den values local, purposeful, and all-natural curated goods to uphold this vision for slow and intentional living. Alongside our local artisans and makers, we have also formulated our own in-house brand of skincare and bath amenities, aka KINNECT!

Where are your stores located, and what are your store hours?

Tofino: Visit us at The Outside Break (1180 Pacific Rim Hwy) 10:30am-5pm everyday!

Ucluelet: 1645 Cedar Road (Across from the Aquarium)! 10am-5pm everyday.

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes! All orders in Canada are FREE over purchases of $85.00. We suggest shopping with friends to make it more sustainable and easier to hit that $85.00 price point.

How can I collect my order in-store?

You can choose to collect your online order at any of our participating stores. Simply select the "In-Store Pickup" option during checkout, and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Is it possible to buy a physical gift card?

Yes, physical gift cards are available for purchase in-store and online. You can choose the amount and have the card mailed to the recipient with a personalized message.

I'm new to refilling, how does it work?

When you come in-person to refill, bring your clean, empty containers from home (or you can purchase one in-store). We will tare your containers weight, fill it with the product of your choosing, and then weigh it again. You will be charged based on the weight of the product.

While we don’t offer this kind of refill experience online, we do have At-Home Refill Kits available here!
