These soap dishes are made by Hassan, a carpenter in the Jerash Camp Rehabilitation Center's woodworking shop, where he cuts, sands and finishes each of wooden soap dishes. He is also deaf. However, his inability to hear does not undermine his passion and dedication to his craft.
